TariffTracker provides tariff rate estimates, HTS code lookups, and country of origin intelligence for informational purposes only. The Service is intended for electronics procurement professionals, sourcing engineers, and supply chain teams.

No Legal or Customs Advice

The information provided by TariffTracker is for estimation and research purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, customs advice, or a binding customs ruling. TariffTracker is not a licensed customs broker or trade attorney. Always verify duty rates and classifications with the official USITC HTS database, a licensed customs broker, or CBP before making compliance decisions.

Accuracy Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current tariff data. However, tariff rates, HTS classifications, and trade regulations change frequently. TariffTracker makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

Guest and Free Account Tiers

Guest users (no account) are limited to 10 lookups per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Free Account holders receive 25 calculator lookups per day and additional features as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify tier limits with reasonable notice.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use the Service to provide commercial resale of our data without a separate written agreement.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Scrape or systematically download tariff data without written permission
• Misrepresent TariffTracker data as official CBP or USITC rulings
• Circumvent free tier limits through technical means
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The TariffTracker platform, design, and proprietary AI models are owned by TariffTracker. Underlying tariff data sourced from USITC, USTR, and Federal Register is public domain. You may use tariff data obtained through the Service for your own business purposes but may not resell or redistribute it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TariffTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to incorrect duty calculations, misclassifications, or reliance on tariff estimates for compliance decisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will note the last updated date at the top of this page.
